Maple Storage

Maple Syrup:

Maple Syrup should be stored in a cool dry area before opening and refrigerated once opened. For longer storage,
opened or unopened syrup can be placed in the freezer. Although the syrup will not freeze solid, it will become thick and expand slightly, so ensure enough room in the container when freezing.

Maple Butter:

Maple butter should be stored in the refrigerator, but just like syrup, it can be placed in the freezer to extend shelf life.

Maple Cream:

Maple cream is best kept in an airtight container in a cool dry location.

Maple Sugar:

Store in an air tight bag or container in a cool dry place.
